Return Policy:
- If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you can return them for a refund or replacement within 14 days after you receive the items.
- Loose diamonds and engagement rings with center diamond must be returned within 3 business days.
- Items without return authorization may not be processed. Please contact TADragon for an authorization number before returning the item.
- All items are subject to a per item restocking fee.
- $0.01-$100.00: $3.00
- $100.01-$250.00: $5.00
- $250.01-$500.00: $10.00
- Above $500.01: $15.00
- Shipping charges are not refundable (items with manufacture defects excluded).
- The items returned must be in original condition. No customized items can be returned, including re-sized rings.
- No returns for international diamond orders.
Payment Policy:
- We take paypal, visa and master card, and wire transfer.
- Payment must be made within 7 days upon purchases.
Shipping Policy:
- Most of the items will be shipped within 48 hours after payment has been received.
- Some items require 3-7 day lead time. We will notify you as soon as you place the order.
- We offer combined shipping discount which will be automatically applied to the total upon check out.
- TADragon is not responsible for custom duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped to a foreign country.
